Senior partner opportunity in a busy Employment & Labor practice based in San Francisco. The practice has a strong focus on discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class action litigation, representing employers across industry sectors.

The role will lead complex employment litigation, develop strategy on high-exposure matters, and help grow the practice through client development and cross-office collaboration.

• Proven track record handling discrimination, wage & hour, and class action matters for employers
• Significant litigation and trial experience in employment law
• Demonstrated client development and team leadership skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
