Partner — Employment & Labor — San Francisco

Leading national employment and labor practice seeks a partner to join its San Francisco office with a focus on employee benefits and ESOP work. The role will involve originating and managing complex benefits matters, advising employer clients across a range of retirement and equity-benefit structures, and collaborating with a national team.

The successful candidate will have a strong ESOP interest and demonstrable experience across all employee-benefit types. This is a client-facing leadership role with opportunities to grow a regional practice and mentor junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial partner-level experience in employee benefits and ESOP matters
• Proven origination and client-development track record
• Ability to lead engagements and supervise associates in a busy practice
• Licensed to practice in California (or able to qualify promptly)
