Senior hire sought to lead and grow a busy employment and labor practice from the Shelburne office. The role combines courtroom-facing litigation with counseling and workplace risk work for a mix of regional and national clients.

The partner will take responsibility for originating business, supervising associates, and managing high‑stakes employment disputes and preventative counseling matters. This is an opportunity to shape the practice and expand client relationships within an established platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including litigation
• Demonstrated track record of originating and growing client relationships
• Experience supervising teams and managing matters from intake through trial or resolution
