Partner, Litigation & Securities — Shelburne

Senior litigation partner sought for a full-service practice focusing on commercial litigation and securities matters. The role will lead client engagements, develop litigation strategy, and handle complex contested matters across federal and state courts.

The successful candidate will join a national firm platform with established resources and a client base that includes private clients and commercial entities. This is an opportunity to grow an existing book, mentor junior lawyers, and build a market-facing practice in Shelburne.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven trial and appellate litigation experience, including securities-related matters
• Strong client-development record and ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
