Partner, Healthcare Litigation - Shelburne

Senior litigation partner opportunity within a national practice seeking an experienced healthcare litigator to join the firm's Shelburne office. The role focuses on representing healthcare providers, life sciences companies and related entities in complex regulatory, civil litigation and enforcement matters.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop client relationships, and work with a multidisciplinary team of regulatory and transactional lawyers. This is a visible role with significant business-development and trial/responses responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience in healthcare and life sciences matters
• Proven business development track record and ability to originate and grow client relationships
• Strong trial, motion practice and regulatory enforcement experience
