A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced employment and labor partner to join its Tallahassee office. The role involves advising public- and private-sector employers on labor relations, employment litigation, compliance and policy matters, and representing clients before administrative agencies and in court.

The partner will lead client engagements, develop new business, mentor associates, and work collaboratively across the firm's labor and employment practice to grow regional capabilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in labor and employment law, including counseling and litigation experience
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship skills
• Experience managing teams of lawyers and mentoring junior attorneys
• Active bar admission in Florida or ability to obtain admission
