Partner — Employment & Labor (Ventura County)

Leading regional partner role for an established employment and labor litigation practice in Ventura County. The hire will manage a caseload of complex employment disputes, supervise junior lawyers and staff, and help shape litigation strategy across the office.

Key responsibilities include courtroom and motion practice, client counseling on workplace risk and disputes, and expanding the practice through proactive business development. The role suits an experienced trial lawyer with a strong track record in employment litigation and the ability to lead and grow a team locally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience handling employment and labor litigation matters, including trials and dispositive motions
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills
• Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to represent clients in Ventura County courts
• Experience supervising associates and contributing to practice management
