Partner — Healthcare Litigation, Ventura County

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its healthcare litigation practice in Ventura County. The role focuses on managing complex healthcare and life‑sciences disputes, supervising litigation teams, and delivering high‑quality client service.

The partner will own major case strategy, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with clients and in‑house teams to resolve regulatory, litigation and related professional liability matters. Strong business‑development skills are required to expand the regional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established litigation partner with significant healthcare and/or life‑sciences experience
• Proven trial and/or dispositive motion experience and team leadership skills
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and growing revenue
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
