Partner — Litigation & Employment, Ventura County

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Ventura County litigation and employment practice groups. The role will handle commercial and professional-liability litigation matters across employment, healthcare, and construction disputes, and will work with a range of private and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will split time between case strategy, courtroom advocacy and client development. This is a front‑office partner role with responsibility for managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and expanding the practice through business origination.

• Established track record in commercial litigation and labor & employment matters
• Experience handling professional-liability, healthcare or construction disputes
• Proven client-development and team leadership skills
