Senior hire to lead and grow an established employment and labor practice in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. The role will handle high‑stakes counseling and litigation matters across traditional labor issues, executive compensation and employee benefits, and workplace policy design.

We seek a partner who will provide strategic advice to corporate clients, manage significant matters, mentor junior lawyers, and drive business development for the practice. The position offers leadership responsibility within a multi‑practice U.S. and international platform.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Admission to the bar and JD from an accredited law school
  • Established partner‑level experience in employment and labor law, including executive compensation and benefits
  • Proven client development record and experience leading teams on complex matters
