Partner, Employment & Labor — Washington, D.C.

Senior employment and benefits partner role in the Washington, D.C. office of a leading US law firm. The practice focuses on employee benefits work, with particular emphasis on ESOPs alongside broad employee benefits advisory and transactional matters.

The role will lead and develop benefit-related engagements, work with cross-office teams, and build relationships with corporate and plan sponsor clients. The team seeks a partner who can drive origination and mentor more junior lawyers.

• Proven partner-level experience in employee benefits and ESOP work
• Track record of leading benefit-related transactions and counseling for plan sponsors
• Strong client development and cross-practice collaboration skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
