Partner, Energy & Environmental — Austin

Leading global law firm seeks a partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice based in Austin. The role will lead and grow transactional and regulatory work across energy, infrastructure and environmental matters, working with cross‑office deal teams and public‑sector and private clients.

Appointments will be considered on a location‑agnostic basis, with a competitive client billing framework (billing rates start at $1,200) and partner evaluation on a sliding scale. This is a rainmaking role with significant responsibility for business development and practice leadership.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner‑level track record in energy and environmental work, including infrastructure projects and related regulatory matters
• Proven business development and client relationship skills with the ability to originate and grow significant revenue
