Partner — Energy & Environmental (Newark)

Senior lateral partner role in a large international law firm seeking an experienced energy and environmental practice leader for the Newark office. The role combines tax, maritime and construction-related work across traditional and renewable energy sectors.

Successful candidates will lead client-facing matters, develop and expand relationships across project, oil & gas and infrastructure workstreams, and collaborate with cross‑practice teams on tax and regulatory issues. The position involves both originating work and supervising a team of lawyers on complex transactional and regulatory matters.

• Established partner with a proven track record in energy, environmental and related tax or maritime construction matters
• Demonstrated business origination and client relationship skills
• Ability to lead and mentor teams on complex cross‑practice matters
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
