Partner, Energy Tax — Newark

Senior tax partner role focused on energy-sector matters at a major international law firm. The role will lead and expand tax advice to clients active across traditional and renewable energy projects, cross-border investments and related corporate transactions.

We seek a partner with a strong track record advising energy clients on tax structuring, incentive regimes, and regulatory tax issues, who can lead a team and develop relationships across the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in energy-related tax matters, including transactional and regulatory work
• Proven business development and team leadership at partner level
• Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s)
