Senior hire to lead and expand a multi-discipline real estate and construction practice from the firm’s Newark office. The role will focus on complex leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development matters, with regular work connected to healthcare, renewable energy and project finance transactions.

The successful candidate will join an established team advising institutional developers, owners, lenders and sponsors. Responsibilities include originating and managing client relationships, leading cross-practice transactions, mentoring junior lawyers and driving business development in the region.

Significant partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, with a record of leading complex leasing, development and project/transitional finance matters
Strong experience advising on healthcare and renewable-energy related real estate transactions preferred
Proven team leadership, client management and business development capabilities
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
