Partner, Energy & Environmental — Palo Alto

Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to build and lead its Energy and Environmental practice in the Palo Alto office. The role will advise developers, sponsors and infrastructure clients on regulatory, transactional and project-related matters across traditional and renewable energy sectors.

The successful candidate will join a team handling cross-disciplinary matters that span energy project development, infrastructure arrangements and environmental permitting/compliance. This is an opportunity to shape a growing regional practice with senior responsibility for client development and matter delivery.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record advising on energy and infrastructure transactions or regulatory matters
• Strong client development and team leadership experience at partner level
