Partner — Finance & Banking, Corporate & Securities (Newark)

Senior partner role leading and growing finance, corporate and securities work from the firm's Newark office. The role will advise private equity, venture capital and corporate clients on capital markets, financings and transactional matters across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will build and manage a high-value practice, lead deal teams, originate mandates and work collaboratively with cross-office practice groups. This is a client- and revenue-focused leadership position with responsibility for business development and practice strategy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in finance, corporate and/or securities matters
• Strong client relationships across private equity, venture capital or capital markets
• Proven ability to originate mandates and lead cross-functional deal teams
