Partner, Securities & Finance — Atlanta

Seeking a lateral partner to join a national law firm’s Securities and Finance & Banking teams in Atlanta. The role will focus on advising asset managers and other financial services clients on securities, regulatory and transactional matters, and on growing a client-facing practice.

The partner will collaborate with cross-office deal and regulatory teams, lead client engagements, and help expand regional business development efforts. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with national capabilities while building a local presence.

• Lateral partner with a strong track record in securities and finance transactions and/or asset management matters
• Demonstrated client development and relationship-management skills
• Deep knowledge of securities laws and related regulatory frameworks
• Bar admission in Georgia or willingness to obtain admission; eligible to practice in the United States
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
