Partner, Finance & Banking — Atlanta

Senior finance partner role in a well-established national law firm seeking an experienced transactional lawyer to lead and grow leveraged and structured finance work in the Atlanta market. The role offers responsibility for originating business, leading complex financings, and managing a team of associates on commercial and structured credit matters.

Ideal candidates will have deep experience on leveraged buyouts, structured financing solutions and syndicated lending, and will be comfortable interfacing with senior clients and internal firm leadership to expand the practice locally and regionally.

• Extensive experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
• Proven client origination and relationship-management track record
• Strong deal leadership and team management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
