The successful candidate will join a broad finance team and be expected to manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development for the office and region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Proven track record of client origination and team leadership
