Partner — Finance & Banking (Charleston)

Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Charleston, focusing on structured finance and securitization. The role is client-facing and involves originating and executing complex financings across secured and structured products.

The partner will advise corporate and institutional clients, lead transactions, and collaborate with national finance teams. The position includes responsibility for business development, client relationship management, and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in structured finance / securitization and leveraged finance transactions
• Strong origination and client-development skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in the U.S.
