Partner, Finance & Banking — Charleston

Senior banking partner sought to lead and grow a Finance & Banking practice from the Charleston office. The role focuses on originating and managing commercial lending, corporate finance and secured transactions, and developing client relationships across the region.

The successful candidate will join an established team of finance lawyers and work on a mix of credit facilities, asset-based lending, and related banking matters. This is an opportunity to shape regional strategy and expand a book of business while collaborating with national and cross-office colleagues.
