Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate (Las Vegas)

Senior finance partner opportunity in Las Vegas to lead and grow banking, private credit and corporate finance work. The role will focus on originating and advising on credit facilities, fund financing, asset-backed transactions and bank-side matters for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will join an established transactional team, take a leading role on deals, mentor associates, and expand client relationships in the western U.S. Excellent business-development capability and deep market knowledge in fund and bank finance are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in banking, fund finance or private credit
• Track record of originating and leading complex corporate and asset-backed financings
• Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Nevada (or willingness to qualify)
