Partner, Securities & Finance — Las Vegas

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a securities and finance practice in the Las Vegas market. The role will focus on advising institutional and private clients on securities, investment management and finance matters, and on building a market-facing practice within a full-service firm.

This position is appropriate for an established partner seeking a platform to originate work, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. The hiring team is looking for a commercial, client-focused leader with deep transaction and regulatory experience in securities and investment management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in securities and finance transactions or regulatory matters
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and mentoring teams
• Bar admission and standing sufficient to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
