Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a securities and finance practice in the Las Vegas market. The role will focus on advising institutional and private clients on securities, investment management and finance matters, and on building a market-facing practice within a full-service firm.

This position is appropriate for an established partner seeking a platform to originate work, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. The hiring team is looking for a commercial, client-focused leader with deep transaction and regulatory experience in securities and investment management.

Proven partner-level experience in securities and finance transactions or regulatory matters
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and mentoring teams
Bar admission and standing sufficient to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
