Partner – Finance & Banking, Las Vegas

Senior finance partner role in a national law firm seeking a market-facing lawyer to lead and grow a commercial and consumer finance practice from the Las Vegas office. The role focuses on originating work, managing client relationships, and supervising deal teams across commercial lending, card programs, consumer finance and public finance matters.

The successful candidate will join an established finance platform and will be expected to build cross-practice opportunities, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development and practice strategy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in commercial lending and consumer finance, including card programs
• Proven origination record and demonstrable client relationship management
• Experience supervising teams and mentoring associates; admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction
