Partner, Finance & Banking / Corporate — Miami

Seeking an experienced partner to join a leading global law firm’s Finance & Banking and Corporate teams in Miami. The role will focus on advising institutional clients on complex investment management and asset management matters, partnering with cross‑border teams and senior deal lawyers.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and lead high‑value mandates, work closely with practice leaders across the region, and help grow a market‑leading practice in Miami.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner with a strong track record in finance, investment management or asset management matters
• Proven originator who can develop client relationships and lead transactions end‑to‑end
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work with cross‑border teams
