Partner — Finance & Insurance, Scottsdale

National law firm seeking a partner to join its Scottsdale finance and insurance practice. The role focuses on transactional and counseling work across finance and insurance matters, advising commercial clients and insurers on a range of corporate and regulatory issues.

Work will cover insurance-related transactions and advisory matters, excluding insurance-coverage defense and claims-against-insurer litigation. The team handles sophisticated financings and insurance-embedded commercial deals for regional and national clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Partner-level experience in finance and insurance transactions and client relationship management
• Strong track record of originating and leading complex deals and cross-disciplinary matters
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
