Senior partner hire to lead and expand a finance-focused corporate and securities practice in the Harrisburg market. The role focuses on advising on private equity, venture capital and capital markets matters across transactional and financing work.

This position offers a front‑end business development remit, responsibility for originating and managing client relationships, and collaboration with national and regional teams on cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional deals.
