Partner, Finance & Banking / Corporate — Delaware

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking and Corporate practices in Delaware. The role will lead and originate transactions across private credit, fund-related finance, corporate finance and bank/asset-backed matters.

The partner will work with a cross-practice team on complex transactional matters, develop client relationships, and support growth of regional capabilities. This is a rainmaker role with responsibility for originating new business and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record advising on fund finance, private credit or corporate lending transactions
• Significant client relationships and business development experience in finance/banking
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and prior partner or equivalent experience
