Seeking an experienced partner to lead and develop a finance practice focused on leveraged and structured finance in the Delaware office. The role emphasizes originating and executing complex credit transactions and expanding a high-quality client base.

The successful candidate will advise corporate and private equity clients on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and bespoke structured financings, supervising deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.

This is an opportunity to shape practice strategy, win new mandates, and collaborate across transactional finance teams nationally.
