Partner — Finance & Banking, Intellectual Property Litigation (Irvine)

Senior partner opportunity in Orange County for an experienced lawyer to lead and grow combined finance and IP litigation work. The role will focus on managing high-stakes patent litigation while supporting complex leveraged and structured finance matters within a busy, multi-disciplinary practice.

The team serves a national client base and seeks a partner who can be a visible practice leader, mentor junior lawyers, and drive new business. The role offers broad platform support and collaboration across practice groups and offices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and related IP matters
• Proven experience with leveraged or structured finance transactions and ability to handle cross-practice matters
• Track record of business development, client management, and team leadership
• Active admission to the relevant state bar (California preferred) and eligibility to practice in the US
