Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Orange County

Established US firm seeks an experienced intellectual property litigation partner to lead and expand IP litigation work from its Orange County office. The role focuses on managing high-stakes patent, trademark and trade secret disputes across federal courts and before the ITC, handling all phases from pleadings to trial.

The successful candidate will combine a strong record of courtroom and appellate advocacy with demonstrated client development and team leadership skills. This is an opportunity to build a regional IP practice within a firm with national litigation capabilities.
