Partner — Finance & Banking, Las Vegas

National law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in the Las Vegas office. The role focuses on originating and leading complex lending and finance transactions, managing client relationships, and growing a market-facing practice.

The partner will work with a multi-disciplinary team across the firm, supervise associates, and be expected to develop new business while maintaining high-quality client service on existing matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established experience in banking and finance transactions and proven origination ability
• Track record of managing or mentoring associates and leading deal teams
• Active bar admission or ability to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
