Partner, Securities & Finance — New Jersey

Senior partnership opportunity in a Securities and Finance practice based in New Jersey. The role will lead client relationships and originate and manage complex securities, investment management and finance matters, working with a multidisciplinary team across the firm’s platform.

The practice advises institutional and corporate clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance issues within securities and investment management. The successful candidate will provide high-level strategic counsel, develop business, and mentor more junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in securities, investment management and finance matters
• Active bar admission in New Jersey (or ability to obtain)
• Proven client origination and team leadership skills
