The team handles a broad range of syndicated and bilateral lending, asset-based finance and related corporate work. The successful hire will take a senior client-facing role, expanding a commercial finance platform and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience advising on corporate finance, banking and private credit transactions
- Track record of originating and managing complex lending matters and leading deal teams
- Ability to build and develop client relationships and coach junior lawyers
