Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in the San Francisco office. The role will focus on advising banks, lenders and corporate borrowers across a range of commercial financing matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling complex lending transactions and will help grow and lead local client relationships. This is a partner-level role with significant ownership of origination and client development in the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in commercial lending and bank representation
• Admissions to practice in California (or ability to obtain) and strong client development skills
