Leading law firm is seeking a market-facing partner to join its Finance & Banking and Securities team in Minneapolis. The role will focus on capital markets work across public and private securities matters and contribute to the firm’s transactional practice.
Ideal candidate will take a senior advisory role on complex offerings and capital-raising matters, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice’s client base in the region.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven partner-level experience in capital markets and securities transactions
- Track record of originating and leading public and private offerings
- Admission to practice in Minnesota, or ability to qualify
