Partner, Finance & Corporate — Boston

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a market-facing finance and corporate practice in the Boston office. The role focuses on commercial financings, private equity and venture capital transactions, and advising strategic and sponsor clients across the capital markets.

The successful candidate will combine origination capability with hands-on deal execution and will help expand a busy team of corporate and finance lawyers. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant responsibility for business development and practice strategy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in finance, private equity and venture capital transactions
• Established relationships with corporate and sponsor clients in the Boston market
• Strong leadership and team management skills; able to mentor senior associates and manage complex matters
