Ideal for a client-facing partner who will manage deal teams, originate new business, and mentor senior associates. The team practices across transactional finance and corporate strategy for institutional and growth-oriented clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in private equity and venture capital transactions
• Strong track record of originating and leading complex corporate finance deals
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in Washington
