Partner, Finance & Energy — Salt Lake City

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a finance and project finance practice focused on energy and renewables from the Salt Lake City office. The role combines originating client work, leading transactions and supervising deal teams across project finance and renewable-energy financings.

The successful candidate will advise project sponsors, lenders and corporate clients on structured financings and commercial arrangements in the energy sector, and will work closely with national practice teams on cross-border and syndicated matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive project finance experience, ideally with renewable-energy transactions
• Proven track record of originating and leading complex financings
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and experience managing teams
