Partner — Finance & Energy, San Diego

Senior partner role to lead and grow a finance and energy practice focused on project finance and renewable energy transactions. The role involves originating and managing complex financings, advising sponsors and lenders, and developing a market-facing renewables offering from the San Diego office.

The successful candidate will split time between client work, business development and mentoring junior lawyers, and will have responsibility for expanding the practice regionally. This is an opportunity to build a visible platform in a busy renewables market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in project finance and renewable energy transactions
• Proven originator with strong client-development and relationship-management skills
• Experience leading teams and supervising complex, multi-party financings
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to become admitted
