Partner, Finance & Energy — Silicon Valley

Senior finance partner role joining a major U.S. law firm’s Silicon Valley office to lead project finance and renewable energy transactions. The role will sit at the intersection of traditional finance and clean energy, advising sponsors, lenders and investors on structuring, financing and closing complex deals.

The successful candidate will run and grow a high-value practice, lead deal teams, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues to serve an expanding client base in the renewable/energy sector. Strong business development focus and experience managing senior client relationships are essential.

• Established partner-level experience in project finance and renewable energy financings
• Track record of originating and closing complex debt and structured finance transactions
• Proven business development and team leadership skills
