Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking, Intellectual Property, and Antitrust & Competition — San Diego

We are seeking a lateral partner to join a dynamic, cross-disciplinary team at our San Diego office. The role will sit at the intersection of three fast-moving practices: finance and banking, intellectual property, and antitrust and competition.

Ideal candidates will have a substantial practice advising clients in one or more of the following industries: private equity, life sciences and technology, and energy. Our team supports complex capital markets transactions, private equity deals, and IP litigation — particularly patent matters involving life sciences and technology companies.

The firm operates across multiple practice areas and offers an open compensation system with competitive rates. This is an excellent opportunity for a partner looking to grow their practice in a collaborative environment.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Active California bar membership or eligibility to practice in California
• Demonstrated experience in finance and banking, intellectual property, and/or antitrust and competition law
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across practice groups
