The role is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney with a portable book of business and an interest in helping build the firm's West Coast platform.

Partner-level experience across finance and banking, intellectual property, or antitrust and competition, or a combination thereof.
Admission to practice in California (or eligible to be admitted).
Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD).
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships.
Track record in patent litigation, life sciences, technology, private equity, or energy-related matters is advantageous.
