Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and expand a Healthcare and Life Sciences intellectual property litigation practice in San Diego. The role will focus on high-stakes patent and related IP disputes for clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, with responsibility for case strategy, courtroom advocacy and supervising associates.

The successful candidate will drive business development, cultivate client relationships, and collaborate across transactional and regulatory teams on client matters. This is a practice-building role for an experienced IP litigator with a track record in healthcare-related disputes.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record in IP litigation, ideally handling patent disputes in the healthcare or life sciences sectors
Extensive trial and courtroom experience and ability to manage complex, multi‑jurisdictional matters
Proven business development skills and experience growing client relationships
Qualified to practice in California (or eligible for admission)
