Senior partner role in a well-established healthcare practice based in Miami. The position will lead and expand client relationships across healthcare and life sciences matters, advising hospitals, health systems, and health‑sector companies on regulatory, transactional and compliance issues.

The team handles a mix of complex regulatory work, commercial transactions and strategic counseling for healthcare industry clients. The role requires a senior rainmaker who can both originate new business and mentor a growing team.

• Proven track record advising clients in healthcare and life sciences transactions and regulatory matters
• Strong business development, client-management and team leadership skills
• Active bar admission and substantial senior-level experience in healthcare law
