Senior partner hire to lead and grow a healthcare and life sciences practice from the Princeton office. The role combines high‑level client advice on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters with responsibility for originating new work and expanding relationships across the region.

You will lead deal teams, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and offices to deliver multidisciplinary solutions for healthcare and life‑sciences clients. The firm values commercial judgment, visible client development, and a track record of winning complex matters.

• Proven partner‑level experience advising healthcare and life sciences clients (regulatory, transactional, or compliance matters)
• Demonstrable origination and business‑development success
