Partner, Intellectual Property & Antitrust — Dallas

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to expand its Dallas IP and antitrust litigation capabilities. The role focuses on patent litigation in life sciences and technology sectors, and on antitrust matters frequently connected to private-equity transactions.

The partner will join a cross‑practice team that advises clients across technology, media & entertainment, energy, and life‑sciences industries. The position requires courtroom and trial experience, client development skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a litigation team in a busy, collaborative environment.

• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and antitrust litigation
• Track record of client development in technology, life sciences, or private equity-related matters
• Proven trial/courtroom experience and ability to lead litigation teams
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to qualify promptly
