Partner – Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate (Greenville)

Leading national law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its Greenville office to grow litigation, intellectual property and corporate work. The role will focus on originating and leading matters across complex commercial litigation, IP disputes and corporate transactions, with opportunities to collaborate across regional offices.

Ideal candidates will have an established client base, demonstrated rainmaking ability and a track record of leading teams on high‑value matters. The firm offers an entrepreneurial platform, flexible billing arrangements by practice, and pathway to equity on a case‑by‑case basis.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level origination and client management skills
• Significant experience in litigation and/or IP litigation; transactional corporate experience a plus
• Ability to lead and develop teams and cross‑office collaborations
