Partner, Intellectual Property — Dallas

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Intellectual Property practice in the Dallas office. The role focuses on growing and leading IP matters across technology, life sciences and commercial technology clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop business, supervise and mentor associates, and work collaboratively with other practice groups across the firm s U.S. platform. This is an opportunity to shape strategy and expand an established practice within a full-service firm.

• Proven track record as a partner in IP law with experience in client development and practice leadership
• Strong technical understanding of patent, trademark and/or trade secret matters and experience managing complex matters or litigation
• Excellent people-management and mentoring skills; ability to work across practice groups and offices
• Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
